The Partnership is comprised of Mayors and County Commissioners from Ada, Canyon and Owyhee Counties (Treasure Valley), Idaho who are concerned about their communities.

A Summit on Treasure Valley Water Quality is being held at the Rodeo Room of the Idaho Center on November 8th. An Agenda is available under Projects → Water Quality.
Topics of discussion during the Treasure Valley Water Quality Summit include: Effluent and Pollution Trading, perspectives on water quality issues, concerns and strategies from Municipal Treatment Facilities, Irrigation Districts and involving Storm Water. The goal for having a Summit was to provide a forum to improve dialogue, cooperation and collaboration among water management entities toward addressing surface water quality issues in the Lower Boise River Watershed. The development of the TV Water Quality Summit was a collaborative effort among a variety of different agencies. They are: Idaho Water Engineering, Boise River Water District #63, Riverside Irrigation District, Wilder Irrigation District, City of Boise, City of Nampa, City of Boise, City of Meridian, The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality and the Treasure Valley Partnership. This Treasure Valley Water Quality Summit is being attended by 100 people representing interests from the whole gamut of the water industry. The financial sponsors for the Summit are: the Bureau of Reclamation, ID Dept. of Environmental Quality, Boise River Water District #63, Idaho Water Resource Board, Idaho Water Engineering, Treasure Valley Partnership and the Wilder Irrigation District.
